CREATING INTELLIGENT TEAMS
Conquer teamwork challenges and harness effective collaboration
NAVIGATING THROUGH CHANGE
Thanks to the internet and the 24-hour economy, constant change is the new norm. And with change comes unfamiliar territory.
Your team members might not see eye to eye on how to navigate through the new territory. Signs of conflict and misalignment are showing.

Conflict and misalignment can manifest in some of the following behavioral patterns:
-
Ineffective or toxic communication
-
Low team morale or burnout
-
Conflict avoidance and non-resolution
-
Lack of creativity and productivity
-
Confusion about roles on a team

But remember that these are only symptoms of dynamics and behavioral patterns at play between the people in the system.

How can organizations create a work environment that supports complex human interaction while remaining profitable and productive in a constantly changing environment?
A SYSTEMS APPROACH
You may have experienced that it’s almost impossible to move the team forward because the conflict or misalignment corrupts motivation and results.
The only option is to have an honest dialogue to get to the root of the problem. Using Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching tools in the dialogue you will reveal the dynamics at play.
Once you are aware of behavioral patterns and dynamics, you’ll be able to adequately response to change. Meaning you’ll be able to navigate toward evolution or resolution.
Systems coaching is highly suitable for teams that desire to:
Develop new initiatives
Navigate through politically-charged situations
Face conflict
Want to be better equipped to handle mergers & acquisitions, downsizing or growth

HOW IT WORKS
I guide teams through three stages of the resolution process
AWARENESS
Conflict or confusion are mere symptoms of change. Before you can tackle a challenge you must fully understand it from every angle.
Therefore, you must be willing to listen to ALL voices, even unpopular ones.

The central question is: what is trying to happen?
ALIGNMENT
Once we've listened to all voices in the team, it's time to re-calibrate.

The goal of the process is clarity over agreement.

The system needs clarity of purpose and ground rules to support the objective(s) and create the culture to thrive.

ACTION
Purpose and ground rules
will be translated into SMART-goals
in agreement with all team members.

Only then can members of the system share responsibility and accountability in their partnership.
ABOUT ME
My name is Anita Montolalu and I specialize in Organization Systems Coaching.
For more than 10 years and with much love, I have been working with teams as a coach and lecturer at a business school.
In the past I've done multiple business development projects with both SME's and multinationals in profit and non-profit sectors. Most of it based on hard-core data. I loved my job. But, like a system, I have a natural drive to towards evolution.
In 2019, it was time for change: I left my job and started my own coaching practice. I deeply value insights driven from data, but my true love is the study of human relationships and its dynamics. I feel a calling to do systemic work.

In September 2020, I completed the ICF accredited training program 'Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching'. With pride and joy I continue my work as a business coach, helping clients (teams and individuals) achieve business- and personal goals.

Incidentally, I also do pro-bono work for family systems. Because as a mom and systemic coach, I know nothing shapes us more profoundly than our family system. That is why I have chosen trans-generational trauma healing as the topic of my special project for my coaching certification trajectory.
